AeroGarden Red Fire Peppers Make Great Chili

The two Red Fire pepper plants in Harvey are very productive. The daily take is 6-10 ripe peppers per day. Shown above and below is that portion of the harvest that hasn't already gone into chili, plus a yellow sweet pepper and a jalapeño and a single tiny tomato.

All of this is destined for the chili pot along with onions, garlic, green bell peppers, diced tomatoes, green chilis, and 96% lean ground beef - as a start.
