Freshly harvested Romaine Lettuce grown from AeroGarden pods in an iDOO hydroponic unit. The salad is topped with coarsely cut mozzarella cheese, the last of my Fresh Gourmet Bacon Cheddar Crisps, and my blend of chili oil and red wine vinegar and seasonings for salad dressing. I didn't think to take the picture until I was a third through - forty-four grams of Romaine is a lot. :)
