Using MSAccess instead of MSExcel allows me to identify and track every calorie and its source. For example, clicking on FOOD DIARY shows this current info:
It's only 4 PM and I've maxed out calories and approached max sodium. Scrolling back through the last six weeks shows that I'm essentially maintaining and not reducing. I do love the tools at my disposal. I just need less food at my disposal.
