I just received an email from Verizon informing me that the service at an address I no longer live at and which I requested be discontinued before the end of 2022, has been suspended for non-payment of charges that continue to accrue on said account. I have replied to every email with a request for termination of the account. They don't listen.



Yesterday I received yet another bill from Verizon. I replied to said bill with yet another request that they terminate that service dated 2022-12-29.

Then I lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We shall see where things go from here.
