More Cooking Because Leftovers Are Good



I forgot the Recipe Number. This is:

  • Peppercorn Chili Oil 21.0

  • minced garlic 25.0

  • carrots 56.0

  • Libby's peas and carrots 62.0

  • Delmonte cut green beans No Salt Added 136.0

  • red potatoes 239.0

  • sweet onion 326.0

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs 676.0

I was going to add sweet peppers and jalapeño peppers and whole kernel corn (no salt added), but the pan was full. As it was, I added the green beans and peas & carrots after I took out the chicken, then put the pan back in the oven for thirty more minutes.

I have six more chicken thighs. I can do this again.
