Stir Fry: Same as Chili, Except for the Ingredients
I have the components for chili, but I just finished eating the last batch, and it is time for a change. Except for chicken breast instead of ground beef, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts instead of diced tomatoes and tomato paste, pineapple chunks instead of diced chilis, it's mostly the same dish. (In other words, there are chopped onions and minced garlic in both.)
The recipe isn't chiseled in stone, yet. I have most of the ingredients prepared, but I might add jalapeños. Or bacon. Or pepperoni. The latter two for their salt - so far, the sodium in this dish is very, very low, which is good, except I'll end up adding table salt.
