On Sunday evening I was headed for Walmart. Lee Street to S MEsa Drive to River Road to Temple Boulevard to Dimmock Parkway to Walmart. Easy drive. I checked for oncoming traffic and turned left for their parking lot.
The world ended.
I was conscious throughout, but in much pain and concerned with having a heart attack. Over the next few hours I got a CT Scan and an EKG. No heart attack. The chest pain is from the five broken ribs. Most of the bruising follows the location of seatbelt and shoulder harness.
I reserve all other details while the incident is open.
But...
I am not an appraiser, but that car looks totally totaled.
