Follow-up to the January Farm Report
2026-04-11 I received these AeroGarden Plug Replacements ( 6 each ) today. I didn't buy them as replacements. I bought them to be the sleeves into which I could insert level indicators. It was first necessary to cut the barrel in half and discard the bottom. Then the indicator would slide into place very neatly. 2026-04-04 In a post on Argh Ink, I mentioned, "t here’s a company that makes knockoffs of the AeroGarden Sprout called Elevon. The Elevon Sprout. They sell for $28 ‘Mericun. 2026-01-28 Some pictures: Level Indicator to be added to every unit The first thing of note is the level indicators. Why? Because the way to check the level in an AeroGarden Harvest is to lift the fill cover and look inside, where a post says "Fill to Here." On a Sprout, the fill cover is at the front end and instead of a post there's a plastic strip.
